About
Location: Dallas, Tampa, Jersey City
" Lead design and development of complex, scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
" Architect high performance applications using Java/J2EE, Spring frameworks, microservices, and distributed system design patterns
" Own full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support
" Optimize performance using multithreading and efficient handling of large, computation heavy datasets
" Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL (queries, procedures, packages, views, triggers)
" Build and deploy resilient microservices using Kubernetes and Docker across legacy and cloud native environments
" Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, infra, and cross functional teams to meet business and technical goals
" Apply DevOps best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, build automation, TDD (Jenkins, Git, Maven, CloudBees)
" Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, mentor junior engineers
" Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and operational excellence
" Contribute to architecture discussions and long term technology strategy
" Demonstrate strong communication, ownership, and adaptability in fast paced environments
" 9+ years of development experience with Java/J2EE, OCP containers, Spring, JDBC/ORMs, JUnit, Mockito, PowerMockito
" Deep experience with multithreading and optimizing heavy computational workloads
" Strong PL/SQL expertise with advanced database optimization skills
" Microservices experience across SOA/MVC architectures in on prem and cloud (AWS preferred)
" Expert knowledge of Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, JMS, Tomcat
" Hands on Kubernetes and Docker experience designing scalable, resilient services
" Preferred: UI/UX experience with Angular or similar frameworks
" Proficiency with Eclipse, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Maven, AutoSys, and Agile methodologies
" Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and modern engineering techniques
