Rate: $60-65/hr
Role Description:
Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Databricks.
Develop and maintain data models and ETL workflows for structured and unstructured data.
Optimize data storage using Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, and SQL Database.
Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for marketing and retail KPIs.
Implement DAX calculations, data transformations, and performance tuning in Power BI.
Work with MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs).
Integrate marketing campaign data with enterprise data warehouse for advanced analytics.
Partner with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to define data requirements.
Implement data quality checks, compliance standards, and cost optimization strategies.
Document architecture, workflows, and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Strong experience in Azure Data Services Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL development.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems, campaign analytics, and customer data platforms.
Understanding of retail marketing KPIs and attribution models.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CICD for data pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
