Works with internal departments, external vendors, and members to evaluate and resolve pharmacy issues and provide member support for programs and initiatives.### **Required Job Qualifications:*** Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry (or equivalent)* Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).* High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing**Preferred Job Qualifications:*** Excellent Verbal and written communication skills* Managed care customer service experience* Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills required including ability to learn various data base software applications as needed.* Pharmaceutical names, types, uses, and other information* Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills including capacity to understand complex oral and written directions as well as technical information.* Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail that exhibits a positive attitude and embraces and adapts to change.* Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.This is a Telecommute (Remote) role.#LI-LI1#LI-Remote### ### **Pay Transparency Statement:**At Health Care Service Corporation, you will be part of an organization committed to offering meaningful benefits to our employees to support their life outside of work.
