I am working with a fantastic, fast-growing flexible workspace brand expanding across Essex and Hertfordshire, and they are looking for a confident and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their journey. A driver with access to a car is essential
What you will be doing
This is a pure outbound role - ideal for someone who thrives on:
Cold calling and proactive outreach
Opening doors and generating new business
Building and managing your own sales pipeline
You will play a key role in driving growth and helping shape the future of the sales function.
Location & Flexibility
75% home-based - genuine hybrid working
Initial training in Bishop's Stortford
Weekly in-person meetings across Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, and Cambridge
Travel across Essex & Hertfordshire required - a driver with access to a car is essential
Salary & Earnings
Ā£30,000 basic
Uncapped commission

Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
Self-motivated and target-driven
Positive attitude and strong team fit
CRM or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a bonus
