An established and growing business in the Poole/Bournemouth area is looking to appoint a driven Sales Executive to support continued growth through new business development.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a proactive sales mindset who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.
The role:
Proactively identifying and engaging new business prospects
Making outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
Booking meetings and handovers for senior sales colleagues
Researching target markets and building a strong pipeline
Accurately updating CRM systems and tracking activity
Working closely with sales and marketing to maximise conversion
About you:
Previous experience in a sales, lead generation or business development role
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Resilient, self-motivated and target driven
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
