How You'll Make an Impact

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Neurosurgeon with interest and experience in both spine and cranial neurosurgery to join a busy, well-established practice supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of Aultman Health System.

The practice provides comprehensive neurosurgical care with a focus on complex spine and cranial procedures in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Physicians benefit from established referral relationships, strong operational support, and an integrated care model designed to optimize patient outcomes and access.

Call Structure

  • 1:3 call rotation with option to pick up additional paid call

Practice Environment

The practice is based within a modern tertiary care environment featuring:

  • Dedicated Neuro ICU

  • Comprehensive Stroke Program

  • Interventional Pain Management Program

  • Advanced imaging and surgical technology

Physicians work closely with:

  • Neurosurgeons and Neurologists

  • Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

  • Neurohospitalists

  • NeuroInterventional specialists

  • Neuropsychology and rehabilitation teams

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) and completion of ACGME/AOA-accredited fellowship in Neurosurgery

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery

  • Eligible for Ohio medical licensure and DEA registration
