About

Salary: $150,000 - 170,000 per year
Requirements: Active Secret security clearance or eligible to obtain one Capability to work in both classified and unclassified environments, including NIPRNet systems Proficient written and verbal communication skills for interactions with military and civilian personnel Willingness to travel up to 10% for training and operational support Proven ability to learn new tools, workflows, and operational contexts Team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate with diverse Army and contractor personnel Bachelors degree in a technical, analytical, or quantitative discipline 3-6 years of experience in data analytics, software development, or data engineering Working knowledge of Python and SQL Experience in developing dashboards, data transformations, or analytical workflows Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms or low-code/no-code tools Ability to adhere to analytics standards and documentation practices Strong communication skills
Responsibilities: Create and sustain operational dashboards Assist in delivering predictive analytics prototypes Support training for ORSA, analysts, and staff Contribute to the development of reusable analytics modules and instructional content Aid in Lunch & Learn events and analytics adoption initiatives Help deliver in-person and virtual Army Vantage training, including sessions for analysts, staff, and ORSA Assist in refining training materials, exercises, and hands-on workshops Serve as instructional facilitators during training sessions Configure and maintain training-ready dashboards, datasets, and workflows for educational purposes Support the execution of Lunch & Learn events, showcasing existing dashboards and analytics products Offer on-the-floor and post-training assistance during and after sessions Aid in documenting standard operating procedures, analytics patterns, and training resources Integrate training feedback into the iterative enhancement of analytics products and instructional materials Demonstrate best practices for Army Vantage permissions, classification handling, and reuse during training sessions
