Cpl are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a global innovation team building next-generation AI and machine learning solutions within a large-scale financial technology environment. This role focuses on designing and deploying production-grade AI systems, including Agentic AI applications, while driving innovation across cloud-native platforms and enterprise-scale architectures. Role Design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions aligned to business and operational needs Architect and develop production-ready Agentic AI applications Research and implement modern AI, deep learning and LLM-based techniques Build scalable AI systems with strong focus on reliability, performance and maintainability Support MLOps and LLMOps practices across model deployment and lifecycle management Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and performance issues Contribute to CI/CD automation and engineering best practices Experience 8+ years total experience 2+ yeas experience designing AI systems and Agentic AI applications Strong cloud engineering experience, ideally within AWS environments Expert in Python Proven experience building and deploying machine learning and deep learning models Strong understanding of agent frameworks, evaluation, validation and AgentOps concepts Experience with enterprise MLOps / LLMOps tooling and scalable AI platform design Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering delivery Skills: AI Engineer Lead AI Engineer Senior AI Engineer GenAI Data Science Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence
