Salary anticipated range of $85,000–$120,000 annually

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prepare specifications, wiring, schematic diagrams, and bill‑of‑material development for electrical systems
Develop project proposals, define work scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
Support the growth and development of team members through coaching and mentoring
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical approaches with project goals
Integrate substation protection, control, and status requirements into electrical and communications systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) certification
Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, laws, and regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic Microsoft Office software, as well as relay and SCADA software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
10+ years of experience in consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial settings
Knowledge of IEC 61850 standard communication protocols
Background in PLC and HMI programming and commissioning
Experience with electrical installations in hazardous areas
