Role Overview As the frontline ambassador for SNHU, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with students and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and enthusiasm for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat (including bilingual support)
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote offerings
Manage customer data entry in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
Assist customers with troubleshooting, transactions, and complaint resolution
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and build rapport with clients
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in call center or customer support roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry tools
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns professionally
Analytical skills to identify customer needs and suggest solutions
Preferred
Bilingual abilities (English + another language)
Sales or upselling experience
Familiarity with cash handling or transaction processing
