Inside sales position with a stainless steel service center in the East Cleveland area. Applicant must have sales background. Bachelor's degree a plus, or experience in related field. The ideal candidate would possess the following: Excellent written and verbal skills. Tenacity to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to fulfillment Proficient in prospecting and data mining Strong negotiation skills with the capacity to build strong, long term relationships Willingness to travel to build customer base as needed Exceptional compensation consisting of base salary plus commission; as well as monthly team bonuses. Must be willing to work in a positive, team oriented work environment.
