Senior Audit Manager - Financial Services We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Manager to join our growing Financial Services Audit team. This role offers excellent career progression, exposure to high-profile financial institutions, and opportunities to work on complex, cross-border assignments while contributing to the development of our audit division. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of financial services clients, delivering audits to a high technical and commercial standard. Lead and develop a team, planning and allocating resources effectively. Support business development initiatives alongside partners and directors. Oversee financial aspects of client portfolios, including budgeting, billing, and recovery. Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships, promoting the firm's values. Recruit, mentor, and coach team members, supporting learning and development. Ensure compliance with risk management policies and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge in financial services accounting and audit standards. Apply specialist knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102, and Solvency II where relevant to client engagements. Ideal Candidate: Qualified accountant with at least 3 years PQE in financial services audit within a large practice. Proven experience leading large audit assignments and developing talent.
