About the Role We’re looking for a
driven, independent 1099 Sales Rep
who thrives in the fast-paced world of small business growth. You’ll be responsible for generating your own leads and closing deals on our core services including web design, branding, paid ad campaigns, video and podcast production, and our AI marketing automation software.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate your own leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct discovery calls and identify client pain points
Present and sell Beefy Marketing services and software solutions
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Manage your sales pipeline and hit monthly sales goals
Educate clients on service benefits and ROI
Healthy commissions
on new sales (based on service type and scope)
Recurring monthly commissions
on active accounts
Performance-based bonuses

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales (especially in marketing, tech, or agency environments)
Self-starter mentality—you know how to hunt and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A strong understanding of small business pain points
Confidence using CRM tools and virtual sales workflows
Comfortable working on a commission-only structure to start
