About
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Global Market Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and deploying effective global sales and marketing strategies , ensuring compliance, and driving business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and deployment of effective global sales and marketing concepts and communications in line with the Risk Prevention strategy and product strategies
- Ensure the execution of the strategy , implementing orthopedic strategy , launching products and managing KOL
- Provide direct support, input, and guidance to countries , acting as a communication specialist in the therapeutic area
- Develop and deploy marketing communication, campaign materials, and channels (print, digital, online) to support the realization of global and local business targets
- Ensure provision of arguments and materials to support the development and delivery of appropriate product training concepts and positioning claims
- Grow and maintain customer and market intimacy , adapting and responding appropriately to changes in customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, product trends, and pricing/reimbursement practices
- Contribute to the overall development of business unit strategy and represent the needs and interests of international sales marketing in various working groups/bodies
- Attend product and therapy-relevant events and congresses
Qualifications:
- Relevant university degree, possibly higher (MBA/PhD)
- At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar international role in the Med Tech/Pharma sector, a previous experience in orthopedics is strongly recommended
- Marketing and medical product expertise
- Experience in assessing market and linking to customer needs
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in the effective selection and management of agencies and other third parties
- Proven experience in influencing stakeholders at a senior level
- Ability to sell the strategy with oral and leadership performance
