Unlike a hospital setting, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting them on their journey toward recovery and independence.

• Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
• Record vital signs and observe residents' conditions
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama (required)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
