Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
Data entry in various platforms
Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and strong work principles
Data entry and strong business abilities
Effective listening, analytical abilities, and ability to summarize details and propose solutions
Proficient with a personal computer and able to type at a reasonable speed
Professional, positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Excellent time management and administrative abilities with attention to detail
Requirements for a remote position: legitimate high-speed internet and a suitable computer
Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, but not required
Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word)
