About the Role We're looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed—with full training, a 100% remote environment, and industry-best compensation.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind).
Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions.
Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
Get licensed (we'll support you every step of the way).
Qualifications
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!).
Benefits & Compensation
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr
Annual bonus and commission.
Uncapped commissions + monthly bonuses + long‑term residual income.
