Job Description This is a remote position.

Director of Operations / E-commerce Lead
Compensation:
$23 to $26 an hour
Role Overview We are hiring an E-commerce Coordinator to
execute and maintain
our Shopify store sites (multiple).
This is a
supporting role , not a strategy or creative role. You will build product listings, manage inventory and integrations, and ensure the store runs accurately and reliably, exactly as directed.
What You’ll Do
Build complete product listings in Shopify from provided specs
Set up variants, SKUs, pricing, and metadata accurately
Upload and organize product images and assets
Maintain collections, tags, and catalog structure
Monitor and maintain Shopify apps and integrations
Keep inventory accurate across systems
Monitor Shopify sync to and from ShipStation
Pull inventory and order reports, ensure inventory numbers are correct across systems
QA all your own work
Provide clear status updates and flag issues early
Skills You’ll Need
Hands‑on experience working inside Shopify
Comfortable building complete product listings
Able to work within an existing theme/template (not redesigning it)
Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
Familiarity with inventory and order systems
Strong attention to detail and QA habits
Comfortable executing instructions rather than setting strategy
Nice to have:
Experience with multi‑SKU catalogs
Experience working from SOPs or checklists
