This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, are highly organized, and can manage multiple responsibilities while working independently in a remote setting. You will play an important role in helping clients create enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences from the initial planning stage through booking confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to create personalized travel itineraries based on their preferences and budget
Research destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and local activities
Compare travel options and coordinate reservations using approved booking platforms
Provide accurate travel information and helpful destination insights
Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
Assist with itinerary updates, booking changes, and service-related inquiries
Maintain organized client records and reservation documentation
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
