About

Remote Customer Service Representative Pay: $14.00 per hour (starting on day one). Pay may vary by location, experience, and performance.
Work From Home, Full Time (40 hours/week).
Flexible 8‑hour shift schedules during business hours: Monday – Sunday, 24/7.
Night differential: $1.50 per hour for hours 6 pm – 6 am EST.
Weekend day differential: $1.00 per hour (Sat & Sun, 6 am – 6 pm EST).
Incentive plan: up to $350 extra/month after training based on metrics.

Internet requirement: verified, secure, high‑speed connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload/download).
Work area must be a dedicated space with desk, chair, outlet and LAN connection.
Equipment: company will provide necessary computer equipment.
Responsibilities
Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls.
Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate information.
Access cardholder accounts to provide information on payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
Assist cardholders with inquiries about transactions and account statuses.
Process transactions quickly via web‑based applications and handle research requests.
Communicate warmly and empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
Support team operations during peak times or absences.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of customer service, call center or dispatch experience.
Successful background, credit and security check, and security fingerprinting.
Must meet camera requirements for meetings and training.
Open to learning and using new tools and technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
Calm under stress and able to navigate challenging conversations with empathy.
Experience navigating multiple screens and applications while guiding customers to optimal solutions.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a structured, high‑volume call center environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of prior call center experience.
