Manage a myriad of conversations with our customers via chat, email and phone. Turn problems into solutions and happiness. Be attentive to customer inquiries, comments and complaints. Help define new processes and best practices to optimize our customer service. Follow up on pending cases and resolve them in the shortest possible time. Help improve our customers' experience on a daily basis. Be the voice of our customers in the company. Be part of the best customer service team in town. Qualifications
