What You'll Do
Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone
Educate union members on available life and supplemental benefits
Present company-approved coverage options based on client needs
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Build long-term client relationships through professional follow-up
Work toward weekly performance goals with leadership support
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Coachable and open to structured training
Comfortable using Zoom and basic computer tools
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (assistance provided)
