Works with Stakeholders, Project and Product Managers along with SMEs to create and develop Business Standard Operating procedures, along with flow charts, process management documents, and anything else as it relates to Process and Procedures enhancements and alignment with Regulatory changes and Standards
Monitors/audits and Manages the Business processes for the Bank to ensure we are in compliance from a regulatory stance and keeps the Bank Audit-ready and in alignment with Regulatory changes and Standards
Identifies where Process gaps are missing and finds solutions to close these gaps
Document tracking of efforts as it relates t Business Process development and management
Communicates issue, status updates, to VP of Project Management and Business process"
