About
Dealer Trade Network is a fast-growing company based in Louisville, KY, that provides modern inventory solutions to automotive franchise dealers nationwide. We've helped facilitate tens of thousands of dealer-to-dealer trades by turning dealership data into real, actionable opportunities. Job Purpose

Assess fit and interest using agreed qualification criteria. Send initial intake/invoice details to the lead to confirm scope/needs and ensure the opportunity is truly qualified before handoff. Nurture leads (short term) to readiness when needed. Book a meeting or pass qualified leads to Closers (Inventory Consultants). Ensure complete handoff: pass relevant information and context to the Closer (qualification notes, pain points, stakeholders, timing, pricing/invoice status, and required documents), so they have everything needed to close. Proactively mine our company's book of business for additional qualified opportunities (re-engagement, cross-sell/up-sell) and create/route those leads. Work with Marketing to provide feedback and insights (lead quality, messaging). Report daily/weekly metrics (leads processed, conversion to SQL, speed-to-lead/response time, handoff quality).
