Were starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issuesgiving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ullipExecute high-volume outbound: Send and manage large cadences of emails and calls, handling sequencing, throttling, suppressions, and bounce logic./p/lilipRun A/B tests at scale: Rapidly design and iterate subject lines, messaging angles, and send times to optimize engagement./p/lilipDevelop account-based plays: Own a book of ~50 target accountsresearching personas, crafting tailored outreach, and adjusting segmentation based on response data. Full-stack deal origination: Source and qualify leads, book meetings, and support closing SMB deals with polished collateral (decks, one-pagers, talk-tracks)./p/lilipCollaborate with GTM Team: Feed manual workflows into automation pipelines; partner on tooling selection and integration./p/lilipOptimize via metrics: Track SDR KPIs (volume, response rate, SQL conversion, meetings booked) and use insights to refine sequences and channel mix./p/li/ulh3What You Bring:/h3ullipGTM pipeline development: Proven ability to launch end-to-end outbound workflows from rapid prototype to production, iterating on hypotheses with A/B tests and real-world feedback, and aligning plays against a defined set of key accounts./p/lilipStack strategy: Deep conceptual grasp of CRM, engagement, and orchestration primitivesskilled at evaluating trade-offs and stitching together best-fit systems with the GTM team to build and execute a pipeline that supports quota attainment./p/lilipOutbound automation expertise: Track record designing and operating high-throughput outreach engines (tens of thousands of sends/day) with built-in deliverability controls (throttling, suppressions, retries) and driving engagement that feeds qualified leads into the closing motion./p/lilipResilient workflow design: Expert at mapping multi-stage GTM flowsfrom initial contact through demo to deal closesurfacing failure modes or bottlenecks, and embedding automated guardrails, alerting, and self-healing routines./p/lilipQuota- and metrics-driven: Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs (response rate, conversion, pipeline velocity, quota attainment), instrumenting real-time dashboards and alerts, and continuously tuning pipelines and close motions based on data./p/lilipDeal-closing savvy: Comfortable stepping into the seat of the closerowning qualification, negotiation, and hand-off to ensure deals progress smoothly and quota targets are met./p/li/ulh3Bonus:/h3ullipPrior SDR or RevOps/Revenue Engineering experience at an early-stage startup./p/lilipTrack record of exceeding outbound performance targets end-to-end./p/li/ulh3Who You Are:/h3ullipIdentify as a builder./p/lilipAre excited to work in-person from our new and spacious office in New York./p/lilipLove working in a startup environment (experience in a startup or obsession with going zero-to-one)./p/lilipEnjoy working with people who are ambitious, caring, and think in systems./p/lilipThrive in a fast-paced iterative environment where experimentation is essential./p/li/ulh3What We Bring:/h3ullipPay
