We're partnering with a growing organization in the electrical distribution space to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to contractor and commercial customershelping ensure their projects stay on track from quote to delivery. Act as a primary point of contact for contractor and commercial accounts Prepare quotes and manage orders, including changes and delivery coordination Provide product information, pricing, and availability for electrical materials Partner with outside sales teams to support project quotes and customer needs Source non-stock items and coordinate with vendors and purchasing teams Track open orders and proactively expedite shipments to meet project timelines Communicate updates, delays, and solutions to customers in a timely manner Identify opportunities to recommend additional or alternative products Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and materials teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment Qualifications:
We're seeking someone who thrives in a customer-facing, detail-oriented role and brings a strong understanding of electrical or construction-related products. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in inside sales, counter sales, or electrical distribution Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
