Sales Support Representative
The primary role of the Sales Support Representative is to develop and maintain relationships with the assigned customers and accounts for a location, region or division. Key deliverables include acting as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues representing delivery of all services to the customer. Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Working with new and existing distributors on sales plans and be responsible for the implementation. Put in place measures to review distribution performance on periodic basis and take corrective actions to achieve sales targets. Work with multiple data sources to forecast, track and performance in line with business goals. Responsibilities
This role is responsible for selling the company's products and/or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Responsible for new account development through account conversions and/or expansions of existing accounts within an established geographical region. Responsible for converting target customers and expanding ResMed opportunities within assigned accounts. Plans and executes sales strategies with specialists to grow revenue and solutions adoption. Takes ResMed products and services to external customers or groups of customers and enters into commercial negotiations for purchase and supply. Requires knowledge of ResMed offerings and customer needs. Sales roles typically require a university degree of equivalent work experience. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude Excellence in all forms of communication with command of product and media presentations, especially via webinars, video conferencing, etc., using a variety of technologies Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service internally and externally Self-starter with proven leadership qualities Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationships +1 years relevant experience in B2B sales support; medical device industry experience and knowledge preferred BA/BS in business discipline or equivalent experience preferred not required. This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of $22,000.00 annually. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $24.15 - $36.23 USD Hourly For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
