Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance with current or previously held SCI access Bachelors degree in a technical discipline preferred; relevant experience may suffice DoD 8140 certification aligned with 441 Network Operations Specialist work role (e.g., Network+, Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, CISSP, CCNP Security) Over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing network engineering solutions for enterprise Unified Communications environments Proven subject matter expertise in voice, video, and collaboration platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams Practical experience with session border controllers, voice gateways, call routing, and ensuring Quality of Service for real-time traffic Familiarity with VQ Conference Manager, Jabber, Cisco telephony endpoints, and Cisco Expressway Established ability to troubleshoot and resolve voice and video issues in mission-critical settings with minimal ramp-up Capability to contribute immediately in high-pressure, operational environments
Responsibilities: Collaborate within a high-performing team to deliver technical solutions for high-level federal government operations Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms (Unified Communications) Configure and support SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and Quality of Service to ensure quality real-time voice and video communications Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert, addressing operational challenges quickly Engage in Agile methodologies and contribute to team problem-solving efforts Clearly communicate technical issues, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Actively suggest technical improvements and architectural enhancements Participate in team discussions, planning, and initiatives for continuous improvement Support mission operations with a sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership Foster a high level of trust and confidence from customers through technical proficiency and professionalism Innovate and apply creative solutions that meet customer needs and align with mission objectives
