Our client, a leading organization in digital transformation, is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect / Business Analyst to join their team. As a key contributor to the Digital Asset Inventory (DAI) Transformation Project, you will play a vital role in migrating digital assets—including mobile applications, websites, domains, and social media accounts—to a centralized, auditable, and reliable system within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining technical excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a high-visibility initiative that impacts the organization’s digital landscape.
Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect / Business Analyst
Location: Remote
What’s the Job?
Lead and participate in workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, defining use cases for digital asset management.
Create comprehensive solution design documents, user stories, and process flows to support project objectives.
Design the CMDB class structure and data models necessary for effective digital asset inventory management.
Perform hands‑on configuration of the ServiceNow platform to implement designed solutions, including automation workflows.
Develop and execute test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality and functionality.
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and business analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Extensive experience designing and configuring ServiceNow CMDB, including class structure and data modeling.
Proven knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively.
