leadership, partnership, or training-focused roles . Certain advancement tracks may also include eligibility for
performance-based override compensation
for individuals approved for training and supervisory responsibilities, in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Role Summary The
Leadership Development Associate
is a remote, performance-based professional role available on a full-time or part-time basis depending on individual activity and goals.
This position centers on
training participation, leadership development, client-engagement preparation, and performance growth
within a structured financial services environment. Associates contribute to onboarding systems, professional development initiatives, and measurable production outcomes while progressing through clearly defined leadership pathways.
Success in this role is measured through
professional development milestones, training completion, licensing, client service activity, and leadership readiness .
Five-Phase Professional Development Pathway Phase 1:
Obtain required state licensing and complete foundational onboarding.
Phase 2:
Participate in guided field training by observing experienced professionals serving clients.
Phase 3:
Begin independent client engagement while maintaining mentorship and performance support.
Phase 4:
Develop leadership capacity by assisting with onboarding, supporting training expectations, and reinforcing compliant client service practices.
Phase 5:
Qualify for advanced leadership progression, including trainer approval and potential advancement toward
Marketing Director , based on production, licensing, and team development performance.
Professional Development & Participation Requirements
Attend all assigned
virtual Zoom trainings and development sessions
Obtain and maintain a
state-required Life Producer license
prior to engaging in client discussions
Successfully complete
10 structured Field Training experiences
Demonstrate comfort with
professional outreach activities , including calling, script usage, and appointment scheduling
Maintain compliance with
industry regulations, organizational standards, and ethical client service practices
Career Pathways Within the Role Client-Focused Agent
Meet with clients and deliver financial education and solutions
Build consistent production and client service results
Trainer
Master onboarding systems and compliance processes
Receive formal approval as a trainer
Support new professionals and teams in maintaining
compliant, effective practices
Team Leader / Marketing Director Track
Complete required qualifications for advancement to
Marketing Director
Train and mentor developing trainers
Lead and manage a team of
licensed, qualified professionals
Balance leadership development with ongoing
client production and organizational growth
Primary Responsibilities
Support structured onboarding and professional development initiatives
Identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate and participate in virtual trainings and accountability sessions
Track performance indicators aligned with growth and development
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen
culture, compliance, and duplication of best practices
Utilize technology and learning systems to enhance efficiency and impact
Contribute to continuous system improvement supporting
long-term professional success
Qualifications
Experience in
training, coaching, education, or structured development environments
preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to
motivate and guide others
Understanding of
leadership development, culture, and performance improvement
Self-directed organization and accountability in a
remote setting
