Restaurant Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards Support staff training, coaching, and performance management Handle cash management, inventory, and basic reporting tasks Coordinate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals Qualifications At least 1–2 years of experience in the food & beverage or restaurant industry (supervisory experience is a plus) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Career growth and development opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment
