About
Remote First Dynamic Computing has adopted a remote first approach. This position will be primarily “remote” and may allow an employee to work from outside the Greater Seattle Area. Travel to Seattle or other locations for up to a week at a time may be required up to four times per year. Additional emergency travel may be required to any client location that falls within 90 miles of residence. Eligible IT Service Technicians may also be required to participate in an “in‑office” rotation.

So, what will I be doing every day?
Supporting Client IT Environments
– Fix, train, troubleshoot, and help with all IT needs remotely and on‑site. A vehicle and necessary tools are provided.
Customer/Client Service
– Interact with diverse clients, ensuring a friendly attitude and clear communication.
Client Environment Expertise
– Learn and apply knowledge from our internal knowledge base and teammates to solve unfamiliar problems.
Identifying Big Picture Issues
– Resolve client requests while preventing recurring problems and addressing any additional issues within a reasonable time.
Documentation
– Create, edit, and improve the internal knowledge base daily.
Continuing Education
– Pursue certifications with company-paid resources and continuous learning.

– Minimum AA or technical degree in a computer or IT‑related field; bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s acceptable; PhD not required.
What do I get for all my hard work?
Money
– Competetive base salary between $50‑65k, with eligibility for a bonus program that can add up to an additional 10% of salary each quarter.
Time
– 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule within business hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
