About
You will be the Medicaid Program Manager for strategic SaaS deployments for Medicaid agencies and Health Plans —driving end-to-end delivery, adoption, and expansion. You\'ll partner with state and county Medicaid agencies and MCOs, product, engineering, data, and customer leadership, translating complex requirements into scalable, repeatable implementation programs. This role is ideal for a former senior State Medicaid leader who enjoys teamwork, innovation and driving measurable impact. What You’ll Do
Support stakeholder alignment on vision, scope, timelines for Medicaid solutions and services Communicate with Medicaid agency clients and translate customer goals into clear use cases Manage delivery across a portfolio of multi-workstream implementations, from discovery and scoping through launch, adoption, and renewal. Build and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics across multiple concurrent deployments. Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, product, data, QA ) to deliver secure, scalable solutions on time and within scope. Attend conferences and meetings with State Medicaid leaders to learn best practices in the field and support Business Development Track and report on implementation KPIs (engagement, conversion, operational efficiency) and contribute data and analysis to QBRs and executive dashboards. Use data and predictive signals to identify delivery risk, surface findings proactively, and recommend interventions to the broader team. Contribute structured customer insights to the product roadmap to inform features and improvements that will grow impact and reach. Continuously refine implementation playbooks and templates and training to make processes and products more repeatable and efficient. Flex across program management, project coordination, client communication, and hands-on delivery as needed—thriving in a lean, collaborative team where roles aren’t rigid. Requirements
Required 6+ years in State Medicaid administration 5+ years in program management or project management 2+ years track record in implementing software Strong command of project management tools and methods Familiarity with Security and Compliance in government, health and other regulated environments. Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, from technical teams to C‑suite Preferred Experience with CRMs, omnichannel communications software, and AI such as chatbots Why This Role Is Exciting
