About
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Client Support Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding our products and services
Assist with order processing, including order entry, shipping, and tracking
Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns
Maintain customer records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Provide product recommendations and educate clients on the benefits of our products
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms
Assist with the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health and wellness industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their goals
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
Must have a quiet and professional work environment for remote work
