STAFFING ASSISTANT
and encourages entry-level candidates who can multi-task, have strong computer skills—including mid-to-fast typing speed—and possess strong attention to detail, to apply! This position allows you to work remotely from home, with all equipment provided by the company to perform your job functions. Requirements: This is an ENTRY-level position, and we are willing to train! MUST reside in the OKC area and be able to train on-site in El Reno, OK. In-person training for two to three weeks in El Reno, OK is REQUIRED. Previous office skills are ideal; experience in hotel, leasing, or real estate is helpful. We are currently hiring only for full-time schedules, Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm. Must be detail-oriented, professional, with strong computer skills. MUST be able to work from home in a distraction-free environment with no unprofessional background noise. This is a busy role with minimal downtime. A reliable and secure internet connection is required. All other necessary equipment will be provided. Must have good typing skills and general computer ability. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to learn. Some college education is preferred. Must be reliable, ethical, and a team player. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in staffing, recruiting, or human resources. Job Duties: Assist a senior recruiter with daily recruiting efforts. Cover phones for the Administrative Director when away, and transfer calls appropriately. Administer online training and testing to candidates. Enter resumes into databases and create files. Ensure accurate completion of onboarding paperwork via our online service, including I-9 and other forms. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates. Assist managers with recruiting duties, including calling candidates. Help the payroll department collect and process timesheets. Participate in special projects as assigned.
