Position Overview We are currently seeking a service-driven Virtual Guest Experience Coordinator to help clients plan and manage their travel experiences from start to finish. In this remote role, you will assist travelers with researching destinations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every trip detail is properly arranged.

Key Responsibilities
Support clients with creating personalized travel itineraries based on their interests and budget
Research travel options including flights, hotels, cruises, and activities
Coordinate and confirm reservations through approved booking platforms
Provide helpful travel information and destination suggestions
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging tools
Manage itinerary changes, booking updates, and service-related questions
Keep organized client records and reservation documentation
Attend training sessions, virtual meetings, and ongoing development programs
