Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience in lieu of Bachelor's: 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience for those without a degree: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Certification / Licensure
Epic certification in Radiant required; Cupid would be a plus.
Experience
Experience with EPIC or a clinical background in cardiology required.
Experience supporting Epic Radiant required; Cupid would be a plus.
Hands‑on build experience in EPIC Radiant required; Cupid would be a plus.
Ability to analyze business and clinical needs, evaluate software releases or new products, and provide recommendations to improve workflows and reduce costs.
Strong background in business/clinical operations and application functionality, with hands‑on experience performing and documenting workflow assessments to determine functional requirements.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support application integration that aligns with organizational and clinical goals.
Skilled in developing system test plans and executing testing for software upgrades and patches, including maintaining detailed records of testing progress and results.
