EMEA Regional Payroll Workday Test Lead

What's the Job?
Lead payroll validation and testing activities for EMEA countries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with payroll SMEs and HR stakeholders to validate pay groups, payroll calculations, and system integrations.
Develop regional payroll test scenarios and scripts to cover all payroll processes.
Ensure precise validation of earnings, deductions, tax calculations, and payroll outputs.
Track and manage payroll defects through resolution, maintaining clear documentation and communication.
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in payroll testing or payroll system implementations.
Experience supporting Workday Payroll or HRIS payroll integrations.
Strong understanding of EMEA payroll processes and compliance considerations.
Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple countries.
Proven defect tracking and test management skills.
