About
Job Overview As a Live‑In CNA, you will provide compassionate, personalized home care to clients. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, maintaining a clean environment, preparing nutritious meals, administering medication reminders, and transporting clients to appointments in your own reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletry needs.
Provide meal preparation and help with meal‑time nutrition based on care plans.
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse.
Maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients.
Provide transportation to doctor appointments, outings, and errands.
Foster emotional connections and maintain client dignity and pride.
Support clients with medication reminders and adherence.
Organize and coordinate care activities while meeting the care plan.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with license in good standing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to listen attentively.
Strong time‑management, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Demonstrated caring and compassionate nature.
Reliability and integrity in delivering quality care.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a home live‑in setting.
Physical fitness for a full‑day schedule (10‑13 hours per day).
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle.
Certificate of language proficiency in English (speaks and comprehends).
Background check clearance and three professional references.
Residency in a state that allows vehicle transport to client sites.
