Responsibilities
Develop new API endpoints to integrate with third‑party applications
Ensure high performance and reliability of ServiceNow connectors
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality
Maintain up-to-date documentation of API changes and configurations
Adhere to project timelines and deliver quality solutions under pressure
Participate in code reviews to uphold high coding standards
Continuously improve code quality and performance through best practices
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Proven experience with API and integration platform development
Ability to handle high‑pressure project environments and client expectations
Mature and dedicated professional attitude
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
