A position is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting in Dorchester Center, MA. This contract role focuses on delivering remote social work support to students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges through virtual platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing remote counseling and support services to students via telehealth.
Conducting assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized support plans.
Collaborating with school staff and families to implement appropriate interventions.
