Job Responsibilities
Review and redline customer and vendor agreements, including SaaS, MSA, and other general software agreements.
Qualifications
Experienced technology transactions attorney.
Background in procurement.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Work Arrangement Fully remote. Begins ASAP with flexible hours, approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $100 per hour, with benefits including PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
