What You’ll Do
Deliver direct patient care under the guidance of an RN.
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
Monitor patient progress and share updates with the healthcare team.
Provide education and support to patients and families.
Collaborate with staff and ensure quality standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
Active LPN license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in geriatric or rehabilitative care a plus.
