Responsibilities
Oversee client communications across active projects
Monitor workflow timelines and ensure timely follow-up and confirmations
Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and service updates
Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism
Maintain accurate records and support internal process efficiency
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Prior experience in customer support, account coordination, operations, or client services (helpful but not required)
Able to work independently in a remote setting using structured systems and resources
Detail-focused and comfortable with digital platforms and communication tools
Must reside in the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
