Job Summary: As a Care Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of our clients and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and foster a nurturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and emotional condition to the supervising nurse or caregiver.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Assist clients with medication management, as directed and in accordance with company policy.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
• Implement care plans and document client progress and daily activities accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including sanitizing personal spaces and assisting with laundry and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients and their families.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with clients and families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in health care, such as a CNA or HHA, are a plus.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Schedule: Flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
