Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • The supervisor is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the store manager in a variety of store operations duties.
  • This position serves as a role model of barista responsibilities and serves as the team leader when the store manager is unavailable.
  • Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience.
  • Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.
  • Assist the store manager in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales.
  • Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner.
  • Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure that all shifts are covered, especially in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
  • Assist store managers with administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older to apply

  • Must be able to close at least three nights per week
