Key Responsibilities include prospecting, developing, and closing new shipper accounts, selling multimodal logistics solutions including brokerage and freight forwarding, conducting discovery and designing tailored logistics solutions, managing the full sales cycle and maintaining pipeline visibility, and partnering with operations to ensure service execution and retention. Requirements include 36+ years in logistics or supply chain sales, experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, or contract logistics, proven ability to generate new business, strong consultative selling and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage territory growth.
