The Role This position is 100% remote. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be the "concierge" for professional clients. You will manage high-level service requests, coordinate destination logistics, and ensure every client receives a world-class experience. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who understands the "white-glove" standard of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
Act as a dedicated point of contact for luxury destination and client service accounts.
Facilitate seamless communication between vendors and clients to ensure itinerary accuracy.
Proactively identify service enhancements to improve the client’s journey.
Manage a high volume of coordination tasks with professional poise and accuracy.
Compensation & Flexibility Structure: We utilize a professional service-fee model. This performance-based structure allows our coordinators to earn based on their individual efficiency and the volume of successful service deliveries.
Remote Workflow: This role is designed for a remote setup. While we are hiring from the Dallas market to maintain regional alignment, the daily operations are performed from your professional home office or anywhere you choose, as long as you have a device and wi-fi services.
Requirements

Pay: $18,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
