Remote positions supporting in-home clients throughout Ohio Schedule:
Monday – Friday, Choose your own hours! Full-time and Part-time positions available Evening availability until 7:30pm EST REQUIRED! BCBA Responsibilities:
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors and teach functional skills Conduct ABA assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other functional and skill-based evaluations Design and customize data-driven treatment plans based on assessment results Provide parent training and family support to ensure consistent implementation across environments Review and maintain data collection systems for ongoing ABA programs Monitor program effectiveness and modify treatment plans as needed Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and leadership Report client progress and treatment updates to the Clinical Director on a monthly basis Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing Willingness to obtain Ohio Board Certification (COBA) Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs Familiarity with ABA data collection platforms (Catalyst/Ensora preferred) Join Our Team:
