About
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and engage the community of realtors to ensure motivation, collaboration, and productivity.
Develop and implement creative strategies to increase brand awareness across social media platforms.
Plan, create, and manage engaging content (text, images, and videos) tailored for the real estate industry.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company, realtors, and online community members.
Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement and social media performance.
Coordinate online and offline activities that strengthen realtor engagement and client acquisition.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role (experience in real estate is a plus).
Creative thinker with strong content creation and storytelling skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage remote teams and foster online engagement.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
